1. Staying at this property happens at my own risk. Management, owners, or staff cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or death during the stay.
2. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed. It is also not permitted to enter the property with more guests than booked. If this is not respected, local authorities (pecalang/police) may intervene.
3. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay.
4. Extra services (e.g., airport transfers, baby equipment, private chefs) are provided by third parties. Management acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for any issues or damages caused by these providers.
5. Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables (money, jewellery, clothing, etc.). Management, owners, and staff are not accountable for missing or damaged items. Please use the safety deposit box.
6. Pets/animals are not allowed.
7. Occasional power outages may occur due to local infrastructure. These are beyond our control and part of the Bali environment. By booking, I acknowledge and accept this risk. Management will assist where possible.
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside; please use an ashtray.
9. The property is located in a tropical environment. Insects or wild animals may be present. Management, owners, and staff are not responsible for this risk.
10. Bali is developing rapidly; construction noise nearby may occasionally occur.
11. Management, owners, or staff cannot be held responsible for damage, injuries, loss, or death caused by Force Majeure (e.g., tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions).
12. Guests must respect staff, neighbours, and other guests. Any form of disturbance (including noise) will not be tolerated.
13. Check-out times must be respected, as same-day check-ins are likely.
14. All outstanding reservation payments must be completed before check-in.
15. Any extra bills during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
16. Guests must wait during the final villa inspection before departure.
